"We went to the Houston Hockey Day back in April 2026 and came across the State Farm Renee Thibodeaix booth. Had a conversation with Renee herself and found that she is from around the same area as my dad's family in Louisiana. The conversation felt like we had known each other forever. Days later I received a call from Neli Iniguez with Renee Thibodeaux State Farm. At the time we weren't ready to switch from Allstate yet but we had a quote made up. Again the conversation tone was amazing. Just signed up yesterday and while doing so found out that Neil is from my hometown area which makes perfect sense since the conversation has been amazing as well. Neil has been so wonderful from back in April with the quote through now with getting us set up with State Farm. So far we have felt welcomed and it seems they truly care about their customers.
